Enter the booking code RUT before you choose accommodation if you want to use RUT deductions on the mandatory final cleaning.
Please note. A booking request does not guarantee a booked accommodation. The cottage will only be booked when you have received our booking confirmation (note this can sometimes end up in your spam folder)
Weekends, week & holidays
Cottage over the weekend or weekday
All our cottages can be booked for one day until 6 November 2025 (except Tyvudden & Skärgårdsvillan which is booked for at least 2 days). After that, at least 2 days over the weekend are always booked in all cottages. On some occasions, cabins are released for a few days over weekends, which we will announce then. Weekdays can be booked for a day.
Weekly rent summer 2026
If you want to stay for a whole week: To get a more favorable weekly price for all our cottages at Bergs Gård & Hållsvikens Gård, choose changeover day Sunday. For the cottages at Bröllopsviken, you choose the changeover day Friday. Tyvudden & Skärgårdsvillan has weekly rentals from 26 June to 21 August.
Feasts
During Christmas and New Year, we rent out all cottages for at least 2 nights in a row. Rent 3 nights or longer during Christmas and New Year and get a 15% discount on the entire stay.
Midsummer at least 3 nights.
MTB Bike Package
Cycle for a day in our large MTB arena, stay in a cozy cabin and get your meals prepared to finish in the cabin kitchen. The package is added as an extra addon in the cabin booking.
This is included in the package.
- Bikepass 1 day
- 1 glass of wine/beer/ drink & charcuterie
- Dinner kit 2 courses
- Breakfast basket
Price 700 SEK/person adult & 450 SEK/child under 15 years
In addition to the above, you can also book a sauna and outside relaxation area at a 50% discounted price. Discount code is received at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to take allergies or dietary preferences into account in our meal packages.
Hiking Package
Hike for a day in the forests of Sörmland, stay in a cozy cottage and your meals are prepared to finish in the cabin kitchen. The package is added as an extra addon in the cabin booking.
This is included in the package.

- Breakfast basket
Price 610 SEK/person adult & 390 SEK/child under 15 years
