Enter the booking code RUT before you choose accommodation if you want to use RUT deductions on the mandatory final cleaning.
Please note. A booking request does not guarantee a booked accommodation. The cottage will not be booked until you have received our booking confirmation.
Weekends, week & holidays
Cottage over the weekend or weekday
Now you can book a cabin only one night even on the weekend in all our cottages. From August, the houses at Bröllopsviken are booked for a minimum of 2 nights over weekends.
Weekly rent summer 2025
Skärgårdsvillan & Tyvudden Gård has weekly rentals in the summer of 2025 with a changeover day on Friday.
If you want to stay for a whole week: To get a more favorable weekly price for cottages at Bergs Gård & Hållsvikens Gård, choose the changeover day Sunday. For the cottages at Bröllopsviken, you choose the changeover day Friday.
Holidays 2024 & 2025
During Midsummer 2024, we rent out the cottages for at least 2 days in a row. Christmas & New Year 2024 and Midsummer 2025 we rent out all cottages for at least 3 nights in a row.
MTB Cycling Package
Cycle for a day in our large MTB arena, stay in a cozy cabin and get your meals prepared to finish in the cabin kitchen. The package is added as an extra addon in the cabin booking.
This is included in the package.

- 1 glass of bubbly & snacks
- Breakfast basket
- Dinner kit 2 courses
Price from: SEK 1,050 per person including accommodation in a 2-bed cottage. (Calculated on 2 persons).
In addition to the above, you can also book a sauna and outside relaxation area at a 50% discounted price. Discount code is received at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to take allergies or dietary preferences into account in our meal packages.
Hiking Package
Hike for a day in the forests of Sörmland, stay in a cozy cottage and your meals are prepared to finish in the cabin kitchen. The package is added as an extra addon in the cabin booking.
This is included in the package.

Price from: 960 SEK/person including accommodation in a 2-bed cottage. (Calculated on 2 persons).
