About our accommodations
Is it possible to check out later than 11:00?

We arrive late in the evening, how do we check in?
We have contact-free check-in for all our accommodations, 2 days before arrival you will receive a code for a key box located at the entrance door to your cottage and directions to your cabin.
Cleaning is included, do we as guests have to do anything ourselves?
Yes, wash the dishes/start the dishwasher, empty the garbage and check an extra time that you haven’t forgotten anything. Please do not leave any food in the cabins. All windows and doors must be closed and all lights must be switched off. Lock all doors and return the key to the key box.
There was some food left, can we leave it?
No, please discard what you are not able to take home with you.
What equipment is available in the kitchen?
In our cabin information for each accommodation (search for the name of the cottage) there is a list on what is available in the kitchen. Here you will also find some advise on what to bring.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, upon arrival you make your own beds. If you have booked a sauna or outdoor relaxation, you can also book a bathrobe and bath towels.
Are there spices and coffee in the cottage?
No, there is no coffee but we provide the coffee filters. Salt and black pepper are also available.
We have forgotten something in one of your accommodations, have you found it?
Contact us immediately if you have forgotten something and we will check as soon as we can. We then write contact information on the item and save it in the yard for a month. You are very welcome to pick up the item at the yard. We are not able to send items as there are too many items forgotten in the yard unfortunately.
Are you allowed to bring dogs into your accommodation?
Yes, dogs are welcome in all houses except Skärgårdsvillan. Select the add-on dog in the online booking. The dogs are not allowed on sofas and beds. With us, leashes are mandatory for all outdoor activities.
Are you allowed to bring cats or other pets into your accommodation?
No.
We have been prevented from booking our stay, what applies?
You have the option to cancel and receive a refund up to 45 days before arrival. For full terms and conditions click here.
About Mountain Biking
What is included in the bike rental with you?
With us, a regular bicycle helmet is included when renting a bike.
Do I have to book a bike or can I rent it on site?
We recommend that everyone who is going to cycle to book no later than the day before arrival. It is possible to rent on site subject to availability.
It says that you are open around the clock, is that correct?
Yes, buy a bikepass here or swish on site. The opening hours of the bike rental can be found here.
How many bike trails are there at your place?
The trail system is under constant development, but there are about 35 km of forest trails and a skills area.
How difficult are the MTB-trails?
There are bike trails in all levels of difficulty for both young and old.
Do you have a bike repair shop in case my bike breaks down?
No, we do not repair visitors’ own bicycles.
Can I ride my own bike?
Yes, anyone with a valid Bikepass or Annual Pass can ride in the MTB Arena.
We are going to stay and have our own bike, can you store it safely somewhere?
Yes, for 50 SEK/bike we can store it locked and alarmed with camera surveillance overnight.
How do I find my way around the MTB arena?
Are dogs allowed in the MTB arena?
Yes, the dogs must always be on a leash.

Is there food and coffee to buy from you?
Yes, we serve food during the day. For opening hours click here.
Can I bring your own food in your cafeteria?
No, you can’t. There is a barbecue area at Bergstoppen for your own food or you can have a picnic in the forest.
Is there allergy friendly fika?
Yes, the café has gluten-, milk- and lactose-free pastries.
Is there hypoallergenic food?
Yes, Ivar’s Matbod offers grilled meats on bread. It is possible to get gluten-, dairy-free and vegan food.
Parking & Accessibility
Is it possible to charge an electric car with you?
Yes, in our main parking lot at Berg’s gård there are 4 charging points. For residents at Bröllopsviken there are 2 charging points. Download the Monta app for IOS & Android for payment.
Do all accommodations have free parking?
Yes, all accommodations have at least one (1) parking space directly adjacent to the property. Other motor vehicles are parked in the visitor parking lot immediately after unloading.
Is there accessible parking for the for visitors to the Café and Farm Shop?
Yes, it is also possible to drive up to the entrance to the serving area to shorten the walking distance later.
Is Bergs gård Veras Café accessible for everyone?
Yes, our café is at ground level with good accessibility. There is an accessible toilet.
Do you have any accessible accommodation?
No, not fully. We have 2 accommodations on the ground floor without steps in Snickarboa and Fiskarens hus.
