Here you will find information about all our terms and conditions except for the accommodation and pitches.You will find here the common terms and conditions of purchase and then the booking terms for each activity and equipment rental.

These terms and conditions apply to all equipment rentals and activities.

2. Prices
Each item is stated including VAT in Swedish kronor. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment
Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners.
3.2 Card payment
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your debit card will be debited immediately.
3.3 Swish payment
Swish payment is accepted at the checkout. Read more and get Swish.
4. Damaged goods and complaints
When you start the activity in the booking, it is important that you check that the products are not damaged or faulty. Should the product be faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement product if available, otherwise a full refund.
The renter is responsible for maintaining and using the equipment in the best possible way. In the event of obvious carelessness or theft, the renter will be liable for damages or theft incurred.
5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
Paid bookings are non-refundable. The booking can be moved to any date up to 7 days before the start if “Rebooking Guarantee” (rebooking insurance) is purchased for the booking. In the event of illness, the full amount will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
6. Processing of personal data
In order to receive, handle and deliver your order, Sörmlands Naturpärlor AB will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. You can read more about how we process your personal data here.

8. Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store e.g. login information or your shopping cart when you browse different websites. 9. Force Majeure
Force Majeure such as war, extensive labour dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other extent over which a party has no control and which prevents the party from fulfilling its obligations and releases the party from this. Such exemption applies provided that the activity cannot be conducted under these conditions either. The other party shall be immediately informed of circumstances which may apply this provision
10 Amendment of contract terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, the Selling Company is not entitled to change the terms and conditions of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed
11 Disputes & Laws
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Disputes concerning purchases under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively heard by the Swedish general courts.
To rent an outdoor relaxation and sauna at Bergs gård, you must meet the following:
• You must be at least 18 years old, or in the company of a parent or guardian.
• Everyone must shower before bathing and wear swimwear. For children up to 3 years old, a swim diaper is mandatory in the jacuzzi.
• You must report and compensate Bergs Gård in the event of damage or lost equipment.
• You are aware that all rental activities are at your own risk and the guardian is responsible for minors. Bergs gård assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injury or clothing damage that may occur during the rental period.
• Be prepared to show identification for all types of rentals. It is enough that one person in the party over the age of 18 can identify themselves, and then it is that person who is responsible for all rented equipment.
• By accepting these terms and conditions of purchase, a binding contract is created. Upon receipt of the booking, a booking confirmation will automatically be sent by e-mail with information about the rental period.
• In accordance with data protection law, you must consent to us recording your data. You have the right to have the data deleted.
• We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes in the event of a dispute.
• You agree that we will send you an e-mail with a booking confirmation and follow-up email. We may send you an email with offers.
Booking rules:
We do not make refunds for booked relaxation/sauna time. If you choose the rebooking guarantee, you can rebook your stay up to 7 days before the start of your stay.
In the event of technical errors and problems, we may have to cancel your visit if the outdoor relaxation/sauna does not work as expected. Subject to availability, we offer other alternative sauna facilities, rebooking or cancellation for a full refund.

To rent an MTB bike & book an MTB course at Bergs gård, you must meet the following:
• You must be at least 18 years old, or in the company of a parent or guardian.
• You must wear a bicycle helmet and have a valid Bikepass or Annual Pass.
• You must report and compensate Bergs Gård in the event of damage or lost equipment. Before returning, the bike must be washed thoroughly. Unwashed bicycles will be charged with SEK 100.
• When booking equipment for several consecutive days, the equipment can be handed in at the end of the day and picked up again the next day. If you choose to keep it, you are responsible in the event of theft or vandalism.
• When booking night storage, Bergs gård has no responsibility whatsoever in the event of burglary, theft and/or damage.
• You are aware that all rental activities are at your own risk and the guardian is responsible for minors. It is your responsibility to follow the current comfort and safety rules in the MTB arena. Bergs gård assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injury or clothing damage that may occur during the rental period.
• The equipment must be used, cared for and taken care of in the best way by the renter. In the event of obvious carelessness or theft, the renter will be liable for damages incurred or the sale value of the equipment. If the renter is under 18 years of age, the guardian is responsible. If the renter causes damage, including a puncture, during the rental period, you as a renter are obliged to compensate for repair costs for the damage incurred. You are responsible for understanding how the bike works. When handing over a rental bike, we are happy to answer questions.
• Be prepared to show identification for all types of rentals. It is enough that one person in the party over the age of 18 can identify themselves, and then it is that person who is responsible for all rented equipment.
• By accepting these terms and conditions of purchase, a binding contract is created. Upon receipt of the booking, a booking confirmation will automatically be sent by e-mail with information about the rental period.

To rent a kayak/rowing boat at Bergs gård, you must meet the following:
• You must be at least 18 years old, or in the company of a parent or guardian.
• You must be able to swim.
• You must wear a life jacket.
• You must report and compensate Bergs Gård in the event of damage or lost equipment.
• You are aware that all rental activities are at your own risk and the guardian is responsible for minors. It is your responsibility to comply with current traffic/sea rules. Bergs gård assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injury or clothing damage that may occur during the rental period. Bergs gård assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your activity. If you damage the equipment or you cannot get to land, contact the sea rescue. We cannot replace or repair the equipment during the rental period.
• Be prepared to show identification for all types of rentals. It is enough that one person in the party over the age of 18 can identify themselves, and then it is that person who is responsible for all rented equipment.
• By accepting these terms and conditions of purchase, a binding contract is created. Upon receipt of the booking, a booking confirmation will automatically be sent by e-mail with information about the rental period.

Booking rules:
We do not make refunds for booked kayaks/rowing boats. If you choose a rebooking guarantee, you can rebook your tour up to 7 days before the rental period starts. Exceptions are made for thunderstorms or other circumstances that can make the paddle trip dangerous.

Advise
Customize your excursion to your own ability. If it’s your first time kayaking – stay close to land at all times. On the water, the right-hand rule applies, and as a paddler you always have an obligation to give way. If you should tip over – use the kayak as a buoyancy aid and swim to shore and empty the kayak – then paddle on.
To book a boule court at Bergs gård, you must meet the following:

• Be prepared to show identification for all types of rentals. It is enough that one person in the party over the age of 18 can identify themselves, and then it is that person who is responsible for all rented equipment.

Emergency Matters
If you have an urgent matter that absolutely must be solved immediately, we ask you to send a text message to our hotline 070-4954932. If the matter is less urgent, we ask you to contact us by e-mail.
In both cases, write which cottage/booking it concerns and describe the case clearly.
